Dominic Frost

Dominic has an MA in Physics from St Catherine's Oxford and started in the software industry in 1991. After working at Oracle, Dominic set up an IT consultancy focused on business intelligence and web development. This company grew to 20 people and £2m revenue before being sold to Compel Plc, who were quoted on the London Stock Exchange.
Dominic went on to become Managing Director of Compel Business Solutions and grew the business unit to £20m with over 100 consultants. Compel Business Solutions claimed Oracle UK's top Partner Award for six years running.
Dominic moved into Private Equity in 2005 to widen his sector knowledge, working in mobile telecommunications before crossing back over the fence to join Brandwatch.
